Service Limitations:
a. Our services are subject to local laws, regulations, and road conditions. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a booking if circumstances beyond our control prevent us from providing the requested services.
b. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a ride in situations that compromise the safety or well-being of our chauffeurs, staff, or other passengers.
Client Responsibilities:
a. The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including pick-up/drop-off locations, dates, and times.
b. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the limousine or its contents due to their negligence or inappropriate behavior. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply.
Cancellations and Changes:
a. Cancellation or change requests must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy, as provided at the time of booking.
b. Failure to show up for a scheduled service without prior notice may result in full charges or forfeiture of the deposit.
Liability:
a. We strive to provide safe and reliable transportation services. However, we are not liable for any delays, injuries, accidents, damages, or losses that may occur during the provision of our services, except where mandated by law.
b. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings left in our vehicles.
